Refunds will be entertained according to the following conditions:
1. 100% refund if the class is dissolved or cancels before the start of the class.
2. 75% refund if the student cancels his/her registration after one (1) session, regardless if the student attended or not.
3. 50% refund if the student cancels his/her registration after two (2) sessions, regardless if the student attended or not.
4. NO REFUND/ADVANCE CREDITING AFTER THREE (3) SESSIONS HAVE PASSED.
To officially cancel their enrollment and get their refund, the student must submit the original copy of the official receipt together with the letter of request addressed to the Director stating the course to be dropped and the reasons for dropping. Processing of the refund check takes TWO MONTHS.
